Born Jan. 27, 1892, in Rockford, the daughter of Walter Bernard and Mary Gibson Helm. Lifelong Rockford resident. Married Charles Anthony Cibelius in Rockford on Juy 26, 1919; he died Aug. 24, 1964. Lifelong member of Second Congregational Church; member of Rockford Womans Club, Rockford Country Club and 80-year member Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. Former member of Kings Daughters. Former Rockford Memorial Hospital Pink Lady. Graduate of Rockford Central High School and University of Wisconsin. Survivors include her daughter, Betsy C. Wiest, Rockford; son, Charles A. Cibelius Jr., Rockford; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. also predeceased by brother Alan G. Helm and daughter, Carol C. Thomas. Memorial services at 1 pm. Wednesday, March 17, in Second Congregational Church with the Rev. Dean Diarymple, pastor, officiating. Following services, a reception will be held in the church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Second Congregational Church or Rockford Womans Club.
